Step-by-Step
To simplify the process of our Sperm Program
Step One: Initial Semen Evaluation
We arrange a convenient appointment at a LabCorp location near your area to collect both a blood sample and a semen sample. The semen undergoes a thorough analysis, assessing factors such as motility and morphology. Simultaneously, a comprehensive STD panel is conducted on the blood sample, ensuring that it is free of HIV, HEP B & C, and any other irregularities.
Step Two: Genetic & Mental Health Assessment
We provide you with a straightforward at-home Invitae saliva test, which screens for 569 genetic mutations. This process ensures that there are no dominant genetic traits that might be incompatible with the genetic makeup of the intended parents. Following this, we schedule two phone appointments. The first is a genetic counseling session, where we delve into your extended family’s health history. The second appointment involves a psychological evaluation conducted by our family therapist.
Step Three: Sperm Deposit
You’ll have an all-expenses-paid visit to the Fertility Clinic where the sperm deposit process takes place over two days, with a $600 initial payment issued upon completion.
Step Four: Post-Procedure
To comply with FDA regulations, you will need to revisit a LabCorp location near you 3-6 months after the initial deposit. At this point, a final STD analysis will be conducted. Once you are cleared, you will receive the remaining compensation amount.

How many times the donor need to visit the clinic?
The first time, the donor needs to attend an appointment at a LabCorp location near them to collect blood and semen samples. The second and final time would be 3 to 6 months after the initial filing fee to comply with FDA regulations.
