The cost of using an egg donor can vary based on different factors. Below, we’ve simplified the financial aspects to help intended parents grasp the expenses associated with egg donation.
Cost of Donated Eggs: An Overview At IVF Origen Agency, first-time fresh eggs as a premium donor start at $10,000.
Standard donors start at $6,000 however, the total cost of using donor eggs is influenced by the factors described below.
Premier Egg Donor
⏺ Premier First Time Donor (first-time premier donor)
⏺ Premier Proven Donors (premier donors who have donated before and are confirmed)
⏺ Premier donors and agency packages are slightly higher in cost.
Standard Egg Donor
⏺ Standard First-Time Donors (first-time standard donors)
⏺ Standard Proven Donors (standard donors who have donated before and are verified)
⏺ Standard donors and agency packages are relatively more affordable.
Location of Egg Donor For intended parents seeking fresh donor eggs, the donor’s location is important. The donor will travel to the fertility clinic chosen by the recipient(s), and the recipient(s) will be responsible for the donor’s travel expenses. While most of our egg donors are based in California, we also collaborate with donors from around the world.
Egg Donor Compensation
The compensation given to the donor is included in the total cycle cost for the recipient(s). Proven donors or those in our Premier program may require higher compensation.
Frozen & Fresh Program
Program Selection The cost of egg donors varies based on the program you select. Choosing fresh donor eggs generally incurs higher expenses compared to using frozen donor eggs.
